The caravan has been a pleasure to own and what a great versatile layout too.
To the front of the caravan has a large seating area which will seat 4 people comfortably and this converts into a large king size bed at night. The centre unit can be removed if you wish to have a bigger bed. There is ample amount of storage below and above the seating. Lovely huge heki skylight in the roof that lets a lot of natural light in and can be fully opened and closed. There is a TV aerial point at the front so you can have it in either place. Above in one of the cupboards houses the CD player with AM/FM Radio. AUX and Bluetooth.
Underneath the front seat has the on-board Trauma hot water tank which can be operated on 12v,240v and gas. This heats up very quickly.
Plenty of down lighting which makes the caravan cosy at night and the front 2 lights are on a dimmer switch so it can be set for the brightness.
To the middle of the caravan has the kitchen area which has all appliances needed such as:
Sink and Drainer with cover.
Thetford Fridge with built in freezer. (Operates on 12v, 240v and Gas).
Oven, Grill and 3 burner hob and 1 hot plate.
Ample amount of storage for kitchen essentials.
Safety racking in the top cupboard so plates etc so don’t move whilst in transit.
Next to the kitchen has a double wardrobe with shelving below and there is also storage inside for the main table.
Opposite has large TV/Drinks Unit with plenty of cupboard space. Above has a built in microwave. Below this has the Trauma heating system which again can be used on 240v, 12v and gas. This heater keeps the caravan extremely warm and also has temperature settings so you can set it to your own choice. Trauma air blown heating again for hot and cold air so whatever the weather it can be set. It also has a TV point with 12v plug. The aerial is located on the roof and picks up very good signal.
To the rear of the caravan has a lovely bathroom/dressing area which is fully equipped with:
Thetford Cassette toilet with electric flush (This has only ever been used at night for emergencies).
Sink with vanity unit and Mirrors.
Shower (We have never used this as camp-sites have on site facilities however it’s a great shower).
Next to the Dressing area has the fixed double bed with luxurious extra thick mattress. This is very comfortable to sleep on and I have also got a fully fitted bed sheet for the mattress. There is also a mattress topper which again is for this mattress. Lovely Heki skylight in the roof which lets a lot of natural light in and great for looking at the stars at night.
The bed lifts up and has a huge storage space underneath and there is also an external door to access this space from outside.
The Rear of the caravan can be enclosed off for privacy and sleeping (See pic).
The caravan is complete with a full set of Black out blinds and fly blinds, All in perfect working order.
The caravan has not been smoked in or had any pets in.
Luxurious lift out carpets which are very thick and comfortable.
Externally the caravan has been very well looked after and in my opinion is in excellent condition. There is no Damage to any of the body work. It’s always been regularly cleaned and kept up together. All the windows open and close as they should.
The tyres are both in excellent condition and so are the Abbey Alloy wheels and the overall length of the caravan including the A frame is 21.1 Feet and the width is 7.4 Feet. The unladen weight of the caravan is 1080KGS and Fully laden is 1350KGS. It tows extremely well and also has the ALKO Hitch stabiliser which stops the caravan from snaking so great safety design.
Complete with a Power touch motor Mover which makes camping and manoeuvring the caravan easy with a touch of a button! It also comes complete with a BRAND NEW 110AMP Leisure battery, Aqua Roll with handle, Waste Master Container, Water pump, Step, Hook up lead, Gas bottle, Leg winder, Spare wheel. The caravan has a built in alarm great for security and insurance purposes.
I have both sets of keys and it also has full service history so everything is up together. Folder full of manuals for appliances etc, Its also CRIS Registered. There is NO DAMP in the caravan and still has a very new smell.
Everything is in full working order.
